Terms of service
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
Olodu is a service of Abraxas Group Limited ("Olodu", "we", "us"). These terms apply to your use of oloduworks.com, the free 7-day systems audit, and the Olodu customer portal. Our engineering services are provided under a Master Services Agreement and an Order Form signed with each customer. Where those documents and this page differ, the signed documents govern.
2. The free systems audit
The audit is offered free of charge and with no obligation. During the audit we use read-only access that you choose to give us and we make no change to your systems. At the end, we may offer to make up to three fixes; each one happens only if an authorised person at your company approves it in writing in the portal. If you do not continue, we remove our access and delete the audit working data within 30 days. You may use the report as you wish. The audit is a review at a point in time, not a guarantee that no other issue exists.
3. How the services work
- Scope. The systems, environments and tasks in scope, your plan and its response targets are set out in your Order Form.
- Access. We use scoped, least-privilege, short-lived access. Access starts read-only; rights to change a system require your approval and can be revoked by you at any time.
- Approvals. Risky changes, including production deployments outside the agreed pipeline, data deletion, DNS or mail-routing changes, identity and access changes, firewall changes, spend above an agreed threshold and user deletion, are made only with the prior approval of an approver you have named. Each approval is recorded with the requester, the approver, the plan and its expected impact.
- Safeguards. For risky changes we save the affected state where applicable, check health before and after, and keep a way to put the change back.
- Activity record. We keep an append-only, tamper-evident record of the actions taken for you, retain it for at least one year, and let you export it during the term and after it ends.
- Stopping us. You can withdraw our access at any time. Doing so pauses the affected work.
4. Your responsibilities
You remain responsible for keeping your own backups of systems, code and data unless your Order Form puts backups in our scope; for naming approvers and making them available; for reviewing what you approve; for keeping your own credentials secure; for giving us the access and information the work needs; and for the cost of third-party services you use.
5. Service levels
Response and resolution targets for each plan are published on the pricing page and set in your Order Form. If we miss them, the service credits in your agreement apply. Targets do not apply while a request waits for your approval or information, or while you have withdrawn our access.
6. Fees
Fees, the billing period and the currency are set in your Order Form. Prices on this site exclude applicable taxes. Annual plans are paid in advance. You may dispute an invoice in writing within 30 days.
7. Confidentiality and ownership
We keep your confidential information confidential and use it only to provide the services. You own your systems, data, code and materials, and the work we produce for you in your repositories. We keep ownership of our own tools, and you get the right to use any of them that we leave in place for you.
8. Personal data
When we process personal data on your behalf, our data processing terms apply. Our privacy notice explains how we handle the personal data of visitors and portal users.
9. What we do not promise
We commit to the service levels in your agreement. Beyond them, the services and this site are provided without further warranties to the extent the law allows. Our total liability and its exclusions are set in your agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending the service
Monthly plans can be ended by either side with 30 days' written notice; annual plans run for their paid term. When the service ends we return or delete your data as your agreement sets out, hand back or revoke every access we held, and keep the activity record available to you for export.
11. Using this site
Please do not attempt to probe, overload or gain unauthorised access to this site or the portal, or submit requests on behalf of a company you do not represent. We may change this site and these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
12. Contact
