Response and resolution targets

Written into your agreement and timed on every request. Working hours are yours, in your time zone. The clock pauses only while a request is waiting for your approval.

Questions about the plans

What counts as a request?

Anything you would ask an engineer to do: add a new starter, fix a broken form, renew a certificate, look into a slow page. A project (a migration, a new service) is scoped and priced separately on Starter and included on Growth and Department within the limits shown.

What happens if we go over the request allowance?

We tell you when you reach it and keep critical issues moving. If it keeps happening, we suggest the next plan; we do not charge surprise overages.

Is there a setup fee?

No. If your systems need a large clean-up before we can look after them, we quote it up front and waive it when you pay annually.

Can we leave?

Yes. Monthly plans end with 30 days' notice. You keep your systems, your code and the full activity record, and we hand back every access we held.

Who does the work?

Olodu's engineering team: AI engineers that do the investigation and the work, reviewed by a second engineer and supervised by people. Department plans have a named human lead.

Not sure which plan fits?

The audit tells us how much there is to look after. We recommend a plan at the end of it, and you decide.
